He is survived by: his significant other Paulette Billus Powell; his children, Suzanne Marhefka (John) of Scranton, William Charles Powell (Erin) of Olyphant and Kristen McGuire (Patrick) of Scranton; his grandchildren, Christopher, Emily Marhefka, William, Lyndsay Powell, Charlee, Liam, Jacob, Cole and Madelyn McGuire; his siblings, Richard Powell (Lorraine) and Cheryl Malinowski; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Politowski (Walter), Marie John and Jeffersonville; and his pet Ollie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc. (1030 N Main Ave, Scranton, PA 18508). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (316 William St, Scranton, PA 18508).
