He was predeceased by: his wife Esther Hallock. He is survived by: his children, Amy Cusick, Sally, Lois, Carol, William and Wayne; his grandchildren, Emma, Heather Anderson and Daniel P. Cusick; his siblings, Lois, Raymond, Joseph, Donald and Gerald; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Barth of Scranton, Dale Barth (Cheryl) of Scranton, Edward Barth (Debra), Linda Ancherani of Scranton, Deborah Wildrick (Harold) of Scranton and Mary O'Malley (Roger). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
