He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hepfinger Dion; and his children, Marcia Dion Loughman (Joseph), Abbington Twp and Jerome P. Dion (Robin) of St. Augustine, FL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
