He was predeceased by: his parent Genero Pasquale. He is survived by: his parent Alice De Pasquale (Butka); and his siblings, Genero (Nancy) of Clarks Summit, Anthony (Maryann) of Mineral Springs and Ann Marie Rusch of Dunmore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnephews and cousins.
