He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Pusateri Coggins and Joseph T. Coggins, Sr.; his siblings, Joanne Coggins Williams, Kathleen Coggins, Mary Ann Novajosky, Scranton and Joseph T. Coggins, Jr.; his daughter Kayleigh L. Coggins; his brother-in-law George Novajosky; and his grandparents, Salvatore and Saveria Pusateri. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
Doc also wished to express his deep gratitude to several local musicians who donated their talents to the benefits held in his honor at Crotti's on Ash, especially Clarence Spady, the Village Idiots and Mike Dougher.
