He was predeceased by: his parent Michael Hudak; and his son-in-law Edward M. Perkoski Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marie S. Koval; his parent Anna Stankosky Hudak; his daughters, Ann Marie E. Perkoski, Greenfield Twp and Marian J. Hudak; and his granddaughters, Valerie L. Perkoski, Victoria R. Perkoski and Greenfield Twp. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
