Thomas Joseph Duffy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Joseph Duffy (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Duffy Gidula and Edward Duffy; and his sister Mary Ann Savitsky (Mike Savitsky). He is survived by: his daughter Morgan Duffy-Granville (Chris Duffy-Granville) of San Mateo, Calif.; his siblings, Edward Duffy, Colleen Lynott (Steve Lynott), Kelly Ryan, Kathy Duffy and Mary Lou Fanelli (Mike Fanelli); and his goddaughters, Jessica Fanelli and Mackenzie Duffy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Tom's memory to Disability Rights Advocates (dralegal.org), a non-profit organization that supports the rights of people with disabilities, a cause close to both Tom and his daughter, Morgan.
