She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Ruddy. She is survived by: her parent Joan McDonough Ruddy; her children, Robert Jr. (Samantha), Michele Matay (Kyle) of Scranton and Amy Markowski of Scranton; her grandchildren, Lacey Markowski and Baby Matay; her siblings, Joseph Ruddy Jr. (Ann), Margaret Ruddy, Scranton Czachor, Lori Czachor (Chris) and Madison Twp; and her children, God Parish and William St.
In her last selfless act, Theresa made an organ donation to the Gift of Life Program.
