He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sanauskas and Arneta Brainard Sanauskas; his sister Penny Jo Sanauskas; and his brother-in-law Tom VanVleck. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Corbin (John, Jr.) of Hop Bottom, Brenda VanVleck of Lenox Township, Shelley Kilmer (Jim Grecco) of Clifford, Dale Sanauskas (Stephanie Hazelton) of Shepherdstown, WV, Gary Sanauskas (Phyllis) of Clifford and Brian Sanauskas of Kingsley; his goddaughter Tomika Barney (Dylan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tia, Paizley and Landyn Barney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home & Cremation Services (18 Airport Rd, Clifford, PA 18413). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 120 Cemetery St, Clifford Township, PA 18413.
