He was predeceased by: his parents, Xou Soulinhavong and Keo Phiomavong Soulinhavong. He is survived by: his wife Somsanith; his children, Andrew and Jaynna; and his brothers, Khamtan (Vasana) of Scranton, Khamphan (Nanthana) of Scranton, Seth (Cynthia) of Old Forge and Xay (Kommaly) of Old Forge. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
