She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack DeStefano and Madeline DeStefano (Chickillo) of West Scranton; her husband Francis; and her siblings, Neil DeStefano, Angela Phillips and Carmella.

She is survived by: her son Jack (Kristen) of Jermyn, PA; and her brother John DeStefano. She is also survived by step-children, several cousins, many nieces and nephews as well as her many friends.
