She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Kozlowski Sr.; her parents, Joseph Burke and Romayne Davis Burke; her son Daniel J Kozlowski Jr.; and her siblings, Shirley Burke Golden, Eileen Burke McDermott and Joseph Burke.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Davis (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Davis (Bianca Sauter), Kristi Kozlowski, Joseph Davis, Kyanna Kozlowski and Jacob Davis; her great grandchildren, Natalie Kozlowski, Nathan Karluk, Matthew Davis and Reymond Silvestri; her caregiver Romayne; and also Frank Karluk. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
