He is survived by: his wife Alice Santarsiero Thiel; his sons, Robert Thiel, Jr. (Judy) of Moscow, PA and Paul Thiel (Gina) of Los Angeles, CA; his grandchildren, Robert Thiel, III (Alexandra) of Dunmore, PA, Kassaundra Thiel (Carlo Zini) of Moscow, PA, Joseph Thiel of Moscow, PA and Miles Thiel of Los Angeles, CA; and his siblings, William, James, Henry, Christopher, Barbara, Judith, Mary Jane, Carol, Theresa, Elizabeth, Tina and Catherine. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Susan G. Komen foundation, in Bob's memory.
