He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Gebing Lewis; and his nephew Christopher Lewis. He is survived by: his father Richard A. Lewis; his daughter Sandy Pasko (Matt); his granddaughter Jessica Prince; and his siblings, Donald Lewis (Laura), Kurt Lewis (Carolyn), Dalton, Douglas Lewis and Lillian Riley (James). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
