He was predeceased by : his mother Elizabeth Gebing Lewis; and his nephew Christopher Lewis. He is survived by : his father Richard A. Lewis; his daughter Sandy Pasko (Matt); his granddaughter Jessica Prince; and his siblings, Donald Lewis (Laura), Kurt Lewis (Carolyn), Dalton, Douglas Lewis and Lillian Riley (James). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller Bean Funeral Home (436 Cedar Ave, Scranton, PA 18505). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc. (436 Cedar Ave, Scranton, PA 18505).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Griffins Pond Animal Shelter, 967 Griffin Pond Rd., South Abington Township, PA 18411 or the donor's favorite charity.
