As Rena departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Rena. Though Rena may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Captain Alfred Petrini; and her parents, Paul Bisciaio and Irene Lucrezi. She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Joyce Petrini of Meadowbrook and Lynn Jordan (Jeffrey) of Lehighton; and her granddaughters, Jaclyn Jordan (Billy Rotella) and Alyssa Jordan.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc. (1030 N Main Ave, Scranton, PA 18508). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (316 William St, Scranton, PA 18508).
Rena's family kindly asks that no flowers be sent. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to St. Joseph's Center, 2010 Adams Ave., Scranton, PA 18509 or to donors favorite charity.
