He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Benson and Mary Bass Benson; and his brother Earl T. Benson. He is survived by: his children, Marvin E. Benson of Paterson, NJ and Jodi Marie Hauck of West Deptford, NJ; and his brother Carmen W. Benson (Erveina) of Paterson, NJ. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
