He is survived by: his children, Debi Fay, Valerie Kutch (Michael), Paul Fay (Melissa) of Bradenton, FL, Danita Fay, Brianna Fay and Desirae Fay; his sisters, Mary Beth Pish and Ann Fay; his former wife Debbie Fay; and his close friend Kate Evans. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a brother.
