With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie K. Pelicci of Scranton, Pennsylvania, born in Old Forge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 28, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Joseph Pelicci; her children, Frances Remick and Dr. Leroy Pelicci; and her sisters, Frances Greco and Rose Brutico.
She is survived by: her children-in-law, Gerry Remick and Ann Pelicci. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Because Marie was such a lover of animals, the family kindly asks that contributions in her memory be made to Griffin Pond Animal Shelter, 967 Griffin Pond Rd., South Abington Twp., PA 18411.
