She was predeceased by: her parent Robert J. Blazys. She is survived by: her parent Marie Betelak Blazys; her sons, Robert M. Kleha Jr. (Kimberly) and Mark Kleha of Throop; her grandchildren, Austin Kleha and Ethan Kleha; her brother Joseph Blazys (Romaine); and her brother-in-law Michael Kleha of Scranton.
