She was predeceased by: her husband A. William Panaci; her parents, Nicholas Conforti and Margaret Petro Conforti; and her siblings, Charles Joseph and Marie Slavinski.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Gurnari (Jonavy) and Debbie Prazych (Jerry Prazych); her grandson Jason Gurnari (Heather) of Jeffersonville, IN; her great grandchildren, Dean and Joshua; and her brother Bob Conforti.
