She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kervalavich and Theophilia Kervalavich (Skarnulis); her husband Phillip Vorozilchak of Scranton; her siblings, Monica Kashuba, Nellie Butash and Peter Kervalavich; and her sons, David Vorozilchak and James Vorozilchak.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Ruzbarsky (Joseph); her daughter-in-law Judith Vorozilchak; and her grandchildren, Dr. Allison Yingling (Christopher), Tracey Royo (Marc), Dr. Joseph Ruzbarsky, Emily and Atty.
