He is survived by: his parents, Lewis Gardner and Erin Gardner (Shields); his brothers, Colin and Jared; his grandmother Donna Gardner (Zenkavich); his cousins, Nicholas Trinovitch, Alexandria Trinovitch, Uncle Dan, Aunt Jackie, Mackenzie Gardner, Catie Shields, Ali Shields, Jacqueline Vaicekauskas, Richard Vaicekauskas (Janel) and Lauren Vaicekauskas; and also, Aunt Nicole, Uncle Andy, Uncle Paul and Aunt Bobbi.
