He is survived by: his birth mother Judy Burnor; his siblings, Sandra Richard, Brooke Persac and Donny North; his children, Ian, Dorri Cohen, Lee Jr. and Branden Cohen; and his grandchildren, Owen Smith, Frankie Smith III, Jacob Cohen, Lee Cohen III and Lillian Cohen.
