She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Alberta Merkel; her daughter Jaime Sofka (Richard Sibio); her siblings, Theresa Perrotti and Paul Merkel (Lori); her grandchildren, Michael Sofka and Gabriella Sibo; and her great grandchild Carson Pelchar. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
