He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Rogan; and his parents, William Patrick and Lillian Osborne Rogan. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Wasko, Scranton Carr, Patricia Carr (John, Sr.) and William T. Rogan (Maria); his nephews, David Wasko (Linda, Springbrook, Carl), Scranton and John Carr, Jr. (Cecelia, Dalton, Tim); and his stepchildren, Ronald Schoonover (Marie, Dickson City), Donald Schoonover (Diane, Karthus, Pa), Joyce Vajda, Daniel Schoonover (Debbie), Robert Schoonover, Mary Rogan and West Palm Beach. He is also survived by Several step-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces.
