He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Michael Moran Sr. and Margaret Moran (Matthews) of Scranton. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert, Daniel Moran, Margaret Moran Preble and Mary Moran Davis; his nephew Bobby Moran; and his sisters, Ann Fleck (Richard) of Scranton and Alice Younica of Dunmore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
