He is survived by: his parent Tina Polizzi Carlucci; his siblings, Lindsey Hunt (Greg) of Dunmore and Tony Carlucci of Washington; his niece Marianna Joey Hunt; his nephews, Max Hunt and Mason Hunt; his friend Debi Domenick; and his son Dylan.
