He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mayernick and Helen Kerrigan Mayernick. He is survived by: his children, Joseph D, Christine S. Lezinski (William) and Stephen D. Mayernick (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Christian, Brandon, Justin Lezinski and Corey Mayernick (Stephanie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
