It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Peter Ray of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter James Ray and Edna E. Rafalko Ray. He is survived by: his pet Chance; his children, Michele Dolaway (John), John Ray (Jill) and Peter Ray (Megan Cerco); his grandchildren, Kiley, Emilia, Madeline Dolaway and Jackson Ray; and his sister Louise Hoban. He is also survived by his wife and children.
