He is survived by: his son Nhut; his family Jack; his wife Marian; his sons, Andrew Donelan (Lisa), Cockeysville, John M. Donelan (Jacqueline), Wash, R. N., Sean Donelan and Ryan Donelan; his great grandchild Aiden; and his siblings, Mary "Dolly" Costa (Robert), Lorraine Borthwick and Thomas "Tucker" Donelan (Blanche). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Minooka Lions Club Scholarship Fund, which Jack founded, c/o of their meeting location, Joyce's Café, 2734 Birney Ave., Scranton, PA 18505.
