He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Arthur and Agnes Carr (McCarthy); and his sister Francis Marie Carr of Scranton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marie Carr (Rogan); his sons, John M. Carr Jr. and Timothy James Carr; and his grandsons, Michael of Clarks Summit, Mathew of Clarks Summit, Nicholas of Clarks Summit and Nathan Carr of Clarks Summit.
