He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hart and Berniece Gilmartin Hart. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Garcia-Pons; his grandchildren, Padraig Liam McDonald, John Martin Hart IV and Jameson Maxim Hart (John M. Hart Jr.); his children-in-law, Marcus McDonald and Hannah Thebarge Hart; his stepdaughter Rebecca Garcia Pons (B. J. Wallace); and his son Michael Masucci. He is also survived by his wife, children.
