He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann D'Andrea; his sister Mary Germano; his children, Lisa D'Andrea Maxwell (Terri), John D'Andrea, Jr. (Linda) and Jeffrey D'Andrea (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Devon, Olivia, Cameron and Ian; his kitties Pipsqueak; and his siblings, Margaret, Lucy, Rose, Leonard II, Carmella, Nicholas and Ann Marie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
