She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Mayock; and her siblings, Virginia Morarity, John Mayock, Mary Timoney and Ann Merkle.
She is survived by: her parent Florence Mayock (Worthington); her husband Donald; her children, Judith Payne (John) of Whitehall, Susan Ferrett (Edward) of Moscow and Donald J. Mast, Jr.; her brother Richard Mayock (Joyce); her grandchildren, Lawrence Donald Stange, Stephen Stange (Sarah), Daniel Ferrett and Gabrielle Ferrett; and her pet Lily. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Activities fund at St. Mary's Villa, 516 St. Mary's Villa Road, Elmhurst Twp.
