He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin "Red" Hines and Sylvia Hines; his brother Larry Gene Hines; and his brother-in-law Mark Hufford. He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Chappelle and Christine Kuhlow; his wife Connie Lucile McGaan; his sons-in-law, Dan Chappelle and Alex Kuhlow; his grandchildren, Joseph Kuhlow and Ashley; his children, Lukas, Justus, Uriah, Elysia, Eivin and Yvonne; and his siblings, Darrell Hines (Pam) and Jodi Hufford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Calvary Bible Church and the Salvation Army.
