Jamie L. Wilson Obituary

Jamie L. Wilson, 48, of Scranton, died Tuesday morning at her home after a long illness. She was the wife of Brian Wilson.

Born Sept. 30, 1975, in Scranton, she was the daughter of Carolyn (Shyshuk) McDonald and the late James R. McDonald. Prior to her illness, Jamie was employed as a paralegal.

Jamie's family would like to thank Dr. Dempsey, Dr. Cruciani, Dr. Kutz and Mary Jane for their wonderful care and compassion.

Jamie enjoyed fishing, and will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Surviving in addition to her husband and mother are her brother, James R. McDonald and wife, Stephanie, of Throop; sisters, Lisa John, of Olyphant; Bonnie Wolo, of North Abington Twp.; and Eleanor "Ellie" McDonald and companion, Mike, of Taylor; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation will be conducted Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Duffy & Snowdon Funeral Home/Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home, 129 Grant St., Olyphant, Pa., and prayer services at 3:30 p.m.
