He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Manuel and Virginia Powell Manuel; and his brothers, Alfred, Arthur, David, Doug and Lyle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Manuel (Nathaniel Kane) and Ashley Lewis (David Lewis); his grandchildren, Conor and Madison; and his brothers, John and Galand. He is also survived by his family, friends.
