He was predeceased by: his former wife Ann Marie Tutino; his parents, John Kuchwara and Rose Kelly Kuchwara; and his siblings, Robert, Michael Kuchwara, Rosemary Kuchwara, Alice Kelly and Ann Marie Colo.

He is survived by: his close friend Linda Rade; his daughters, Rose Jacklinski (Dan) of Scranton and Geri Otasevic (Pete) of Dunmore; his grandchildren, Daniel, Luka, Chrissy, Leah, Linda, Dino, Giovanni, Giuliana, Marco and Claira; and his siblings, Sam Kuchwara (Gail) of Dickson City and Susie Aulisio (David) of Dunmore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
