He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Suravitz and Anna Silberman Suravitz; his sisters, Theresa Levy and Ruth Feinberg; and his daughter-in-law Susannah Boswell Suravitz.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Rubin; his children, Louis Suravitz of Scranton and Sherry Cohen (Mitchell) of Cherry Hill, NJ; his grandchildren, Josh, Justin and Ali; and his great grandchildren, Eva, Zach, Julia, Claire and Perrie.
