It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Backus (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 11, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Irene Pusateri (James, Scranton); her grandchildren, Justin Pusateri of Washington, D. C. and Jennifer Christman (Mike, Felton, Del); and her great grandchildren, Julian, Noah and Jace Christman.
