He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sentivan and Mary Hart Sentivan; his granddaughter Eillish; and his brother John. He is survived by: his stepsons, Edmund Piasecki Jr. (Kim) and Michael Piasecki (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Edmund, Shailin, Brennah, Courtney, Michael (Ashley), Stephen, Samantha, Adam and Grace; his great grandchildren, Riley, Michael, Aliviah, Sadie, Liam, Colt and Beau; his sister Nancy Cipriano (Tony); his nieces, Nadine and April; and his nephew John.
