He was predeceased by: his parent Bogdon Buranich. He is survived by: his parent Florence Oakley Buranich; his children, Sean Buranich (Ana), Carissa (John Bradley), Fleetville and Tamara (Steven Boettcher); his sister Beverly Petrini; and also Scranton. He is also survived by grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
