She is survived by: her children, Heather Macarchick (William, Scranton), Jamie Strizalkouski (Bruce Gerstemeier, Taylor), Stanley O'Brien, III (Kimberly Powell, Madison) and Michael O'Brien (Marissa, Madison Twp); her sisters, Eileen Kurpiewski, Old Forge, Kathy Gracey (Ed) and Patricia Spisso; her son Francis Farrell; her brother Harry Lewis, Jr.; and her grandson Alex O'Brien. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 great granddaughters, several nieces and nephews.
