He is survived by: his parent Genevieve Ruane Fitzpatrick; his spouse Patricia Ann; his child Lisa Grant; his grandchildren, Sean, Hannah, Jaime, Jacqueline, Christopher and Matthew; his brother Robert Bryan Fitzpatrick; his wife Mary Ann of Dunmore; his brother-in-law Phillip J. Rafferty; his nieces, Karen Rafferty and Megan Colleen Fitzpatrick; and his nephew Kyle Hugh Fitzpatrick.
