She is survived by: her son John Jack Kennedy Jr. (Catherine); her grandchild Kyle; her son Thomas Kennedy (Susan) of Sandy Hook, VA; her grandson Shane; her sister Donna Pietralczyk (Walter Sr.); her nieces, Cheryl Cicerini (Mark) and Kris Pietralczyk; and her nephew Walter Pietralczyk Jr..
