He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis A. Lewis Jr. and Pauline Case Lewis; and his siblings, Annette Sandy and L. A. Lewis III. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Lewis DelRosso and Evan J. Lewis; his grandchildren, Vincent, Domenic and Mia DelRosso; and his siblings, Helene, Diane Trescavage and David Lewis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
