Kavulich; and his great-nephew Justin Kavulich.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Durkin Boyd; and his sons, George (Maureen Gelb) and Michael (Kathleen Boyd). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
