She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mulherin and Anna Baden Mulherin; her sister Patricia Doyle; and her niece Susan Doyle. She is survived by: her husband James Matteo; her daughter Deneen Matteo-Madera; her grandchildren, Cole and Kendall Madera; and her nieces and nephews, Linda Doyle, Christine Ravaioli (Robert), Paul Matteo (Kellie) and Vince Matteo (Michelle).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lucy's Church (949 Scranton St, Scranton, PA 18504). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Lucy's Church (949 Scranton St, Scranton, PA 18504).
