He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex D'Agostino and Emma Masucci D'Agostino; his son David; his sister Mary Joann Addesa (Anthony); and his nephew Paul Addesa.

He is survived by: his children, Carla D. Pompey (David) and Edward C. D'Agostino; his daughter-in-law Christine D; his grandchildren, Smia Angela Douglas, Alexander David Pompey, Ian Edward Pompey and David William Pompey; and his great grandchildren, Mara Monroe Douglas and Sophia Jean Pompey.
