He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Corcoran; his parents, Joseph Duffy and Julia Duffy; his sisters, Joannie Campbell, Shirley Garvey and Gladys Brocavitch; and his grandson Patrick Clark.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Duffy, Denise Akers (Gary), Deborah Sember (Rick) and Donald Duffy (Mia); and his brother Robert Duffy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
